Sean Soucy

Owner, Personal Trainer

Sean has been at the helm of BBAC since July 2007. He started weight training while a student at Orono High School. As a U.S. Marine, he helped fellow marines with their training regimens, and he’s been training clients locally since 2005. 

Favorite exercise? Triceps extensions.
Least favorite exercise? Barbell curl.
Favorite healthy food? Chicken.
Favorite cheat food? Wings.
Your perfect day? I don’t believe in them.
What do you love about your job? Helping people get healthy.
What is most challenging about your job? The hours!
What’s on your iPod? AC/DC.
Proudest accomplishment? My children: Austin, Gracie, Ever, and Colton.

Robbie Thibodeau

Robbie has been a trainer and group fitness instructor at BBAC since 2012.

Dawn Arnold

Personal Trainer and BodyPump Instructor

Dawn is an NASM-certified personal trainer and the mother of two. “My journey through fitness has been an exciting one to say the least.  Even though I have always been active, I too have battled and overcome my own weight issues, injuries and 3 knee surgeries.”

Your favorite thing about your job:  Watching how someone grows mentally and physical in the everyday functional things they do or they didn’t think they were capable of.

Next big goal:  I already am doing what I love to do and couldn’t be more grateful. The next big goal is to continue to better educate myself so I can help others make fitness a fun lifestyle choice.
